Michigan HS Tennis Coaches Association Ms. Tennis - 2012.
4 straight All-State selections by the Michigan HS Tennis Coaches Association. TennisRecruiting.net four-star athlete, ranked as 109th-best player in the country, the 9th-best player in the Great Lakes region, 2nd-best player in the state of Michigan. As a freshman, went 22-3 and advanced to the semis of the state tennis tournament. In her sophomore year, went 24-1, won LSJ Tennis Player of the Year, & she was D1 Singles State Runner-Up (2010). As a junior, went 18-3 & she advanced to the state quarterfinals. As a senior, went 25-2, was again LSJ Tennis Player of the Year, & she advanced to the state semis. Participated in the winter and summer national championships, advanced to the final round of the Midwest Open. Was named a member of the LSJ Dream Team for 4 straight years. Helped team win only Team Regional Championship in school history (2009). Finished career with a record of 89-9.

Hailey Barrett, who recently completed her third season as an assistant at Rutgers University, was officially named Montana State's head women's tennis coach on July 2, 2025.
“I am pleased to welcome Coach Barrett to the Bobcat family,” said Montana State Director of Athletics Leon Costello. “She brings a great tennis pedigree with her from being a student-athlete at West Virginia and coaching stints at Power 4 institutions. She is the perfect fit for what we needed at this time. I look forward to supporting her in a way to continue building on a solid foundation in the Bobcat women’s tennis program.”
