Grand Ledge High School 1969-1973

Cross Country: All Conference 1972. 1972 Team MVP. Member of 1972 Regional Championship team. Finished 10th at Regionals to qualify for States in 1972.

Track: MVP 1972-1973. Member of Mile Relay team that broke the school record with a time of 3:24.7 (stood for 14 years). Had 3rd best 800m Run time for nearly 30 years (1:56.6).

Lansing Community College: Cross Country & Track

Coach: Middle School & High School Track in Grand Ledge. 

Has volunteered 100s of hours worth of time to help run meets & invitationals at both the middle school & high school levels. Has missed only a couple home meets over the last 3 decades.
