Grand Ledge, the 1995 Class A & CAC Champion, was represented by 3 individuals (Mitch Lawens, Justin Phillips & Jaysen Hansen) & Comet coach Mike Hansen was named coach of the year. Hansen guided GL to a 14-0 record in dual meets & 7 invitational championships along with the regional & state titles. GL shot 613 to claim the state title Saturday at Michigan State’s Forest Akers”
