Grand Ledge High School: Cross Country & Track - All State in both sports.

School record in 1 & 2 mile events. Held both the Mile & 2-Mile records for years. Mile record stood for 26 years (1974-2000). Regional Champion in the 2 mile in 1974 with a time of 9:18.0. Part of Regional Championship CC team in 1972. Finished 3rd at States in Cross Country in 1973. Tied highest finish in school history & only 1 of 6 runners ever to finish Top 5 from GL.
